Who will help us to a new workplace?
EWD-Compass is a unique company that fulfills an intermediary role for companies in the Netherlands that want to import or export products or parts from China or Vietnam. EWD-Compass unburdens organizations in making the right choices and concluding agreements on an international level. EWD-Compass is based in Oosterhout with a close-knit team and also has offices in China and Vietnam.
You dedicate yourself to companies that want to build sustainable cooperation with companies in China or Vietnam. You are the first point of contact for them and therefore the business card of EWD Compass. You enjoy maintaining good contact with clients and answer their questions by phone or e-mail. You proactively support the client through the entire import process. You also prepare, send and follow-up on quotations.
Internally, you work closely with the local team and colleagues in the Far East. EWD-Compass has a customized software package in which requests and orders are processed. It is your responsibility to keep this system up to date.
* HBO work and thinking level
* Minimum of 2 years working experience in inside sales or sales support
* Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both oral and written.
* Mastering the Chinese or Vietnamese language is an advantage.
* Commercial insight and commercial experience
* MS Office holds no secrets for you
* Experience with CRM systems
* You value cooperation within a (small) team
* You have good communication skills
* You are goal and result oriented
* You are accurate
* You are enthusiastic and know how to get people on board.
* You are reliable and committed
* You are eager to learn
* You can work independently
* You live within 30 minutes travel time from Oosterhout.
